ThescreenforprintinghalftoneimagesrequiresalowRZvalueofthephotosensitiveadhesiveandhighedgesharpness(smooth).Otherwise,moiréiseasytoappear,sointheproductionThequalityofcoatingorpastingshouldbecontrolledwhenprintingplates.
(1)Thethicknessofthephotosensitiveadhesivelayeronthescreenshouldbecontrolledatabout8μmhigherthanthescreen(dependingonthecharacteristicsoftheink).
(2)Afterapplyingphotosensitiveglueorattachingacapillaryphotosensitivefilm,thescreenshouldbedriedwiththeprintingsidefacingdown.Ifthephotosensitiveglueisusedtomaketheplate,thelasttimetheglueisappliedshouldfallontheprintingsurface.ConducivetoreducetheRZvalue.Eachtimethephotosensitiveglueisappliedtotheprintingsurface,theRZvalueisreducedby50%comparedtothepreviousone.Ifthephotosensitivelayeronthescreenstencilisverythin,theRZvaluewillbelarge,whichwillcauseunevenedgesofthedotsandincreasethepossibilityofmoiré.
(3)Inordertoimprovetheedgesharpnessofthedots,intheplatemakingmethod,theindirectplatemakingmethodshouldbethefirstchoice,followedbythephotosensitivefilm,andtrynottomaketheplatewithphotosensitiveglueasmuchaspossible.
