After the enactment of the bill, the states are beginning to operate the new public universities to develop education. Many states have their own State before the enactment of the land, the big names of these states to University of + state or place names, such as the famous University of California, California, Michigan University of Michigan, the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington and the North University of North Carolina Carolina (where there are exceptions, such as the University of Chicago, New York University and Pennsylvania state University names like large public, in fact, private universities).
